Failure is no option

Well if you haven't noticed I posted my weight up and although its not what I wanted its still progress and I can't really blame the results because between partying and campus food I haven't been following my plan AT ALL so instead of planning what to eat everyday I'm just going to give myself a list of O.K foods to eat for the next 2 weeks

Okay Foods:

  • buffalo chicken thin sandwich
  • grilled wrap
  • salad
  • smoothie
  • protien bar
  • coffee
  • tea
  • water
  • powerade
  • iced sweet tea

Week 2 Round 2

okay lets just say that on my diet plan from thursday down was just a mess, I didn't over eat or anything but between partying and being lazy I just wasn't into following the plan BUT I can tell that I did lose a few pounds and so that's motivating me to move on eve harder and heres my diet plan.

CALLING ALL BEAUTIES

--Okay. just a bit of clarification, it this site seems very similar to shessuchabeaut.blogspot.com thats because its being created by the same person. I forgot the password for that one and google as yet to email it to me but not to worry this site has the same info only better--

CALLING ALL BEAUTIES!.This is a blog I had that focuses on how to make a woman more attractive physically, some may look at this and say its superficial and they would be partly right. I will admit beauty is inside and out, I already have it on the inside so its time to show it on the outside, I don't wanna be sitting on the side being jealous of another girl no one does. And so this blog is for all the girls that got overlooked or even the girls that have the attention but still feel need for improvement either way this site will be able to help. It is basically an inspiring how to type blog.I can't show you everything, some things you have to find on your own but I can try to inspire you and give you confidence . Everyone knows that when you have the body you want you have confidence, which will get you the guy you want, give you confidence to chase your dreams and help you love yourself, who doesn't want that? The topics that will be covered will be:
